Returns

The following items are FINAL SALE and NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED without specific authorization from SonarPros LLC: 

  • Fishfinders/Chartplotters
  • Lithium Batteries (Including Lead Acid, AGM, and Lithium)
  • Trolling motors/Trolling Motor parts
  • Transducers
  • Software
  • Open items not in factory packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance products
  • Mapping / Chart data cards
  • International orders
  • Freight truck only items
  • Special order items (this includes items that are not stocked at the SonarPros LLC warehouse)

On other items, SonarPros LLC Electronics accepts returns, refunds and exchanges on unopened sealed products in their original sales condition for thirty (30) days after shipment.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused in its unopened sealed box with serial numbers that match our records.  Opened or unsealed items are not eligible for a return.  Returns that show signs of installation/use, missing parts/packaging, missing proof of purchase/UPC codes, or have serial numbers that do not match our records will not be accepted.  If your return is rejected for any reason, SonarPros LLC will ship the item back to you at SonarPros LLC’s expense.

 

Taxes are non-refundable after 30 days.

 

Returns for change of mind or user error are subject to the following restocking fees based on the method of payment used at time of purchase:

  • Credit Card Purchases: 10% restocking fee
  • Paypal Purchases: 15% restocking fee
  • Shop Pay / Affirm Purchases: 20% restocking fee

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Taxes are non-refundable after 30 days.

 

For products that a customer believes are defective, the customer must first contact the manufacturer for technical support. SonarPros LLC can provide some technical support however a manufacturer defect must be replaced/repaired by the manufacturer. 

To return your product you must first communicate with SonarPros LLC Electronics, LLC to obtain authorization for the return.

To complete a return, you must provide proof of purchase from SonarPros LLC. A tracking number must be provided by the customer for any returns sent to SonarPros LLC. The customer assumes responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs during transit from the customer to our address for return. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent COD, without a return authorization, show signs of undisclosed installation/use, has missing parts/packaging, missing proof of purchase/UPC code or have serial numbers that do not match our records. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, SonarPros LLC reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

 

If you are approved for a refund of the product cost, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 additional business days.
